Terms of sale
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Article 1 – Seller
These general terms of sale (the "Terms") apply to sales concluded on the euphronstore.com website between:
TédéWeb, sole trader (Thomas DUPUY), publisher of the Euphron brand
6 rue d'Austerlitz, 30129 Manduel, France – SIRET: 908 215 296 00017
Email: contact@euphronstore.com – Phone: +33 7 71 84 52 33
(hereinafter "the Seller")
and any natural person acting for non-professional purposes (hereinafter "the Customer").
Article 2 – Scope
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms, which the Customer acknowledges having read before confirming the order. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 3 – Products
Products (clothing and accessories) are made and printed on demand, after the order is placed, by our production partner. Their essential characteristics are presented on each product page. Photographs and renderings are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may occur depending on screens and printing processes. Products are offered while available.
Article 4 – Prices and shipping costs
Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes, in the currency of the Customer's country when it is offered (for example in US dollars for a Customer located in the United States), and otherwise in euros. The total amount, in the displayed currency, is summarised before the order is confirmed.
Shipping is free to all countries offered on the Website. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged by the authorities of the destination country; these remain the Customer's responsibility.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 5 – Orders
The Customer selects products, enters contact details and delivery address, chooses a payment method and then confirms the order. Before confirming, the Customer can review the order details and total price and correct any errors. Confirmation of the order constitutes an obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarising the order is then sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or suspected fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers; the Seller never has access to the Customer's full banking details.
Article 7 – Production and delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, in the countries offered at checkout. The estimated delivery time, which includes production and shipping, is shown on each product page according to the destination country; it is indicative and expressed in business days from the date of the order. A tracking link is sent by email when the order ships.
In the event of a delay, the Customer may contact the Seller. In accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery has not taken place within the agreed time or, failing that, within 30 days of the order, the Customer may, after requesting the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid.
The Customer is invited to check the parcel on receipt and to report any issue (damaged, wrong or missing item) to the Seller as soon as possible. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when they take physical possession of the products.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (a longer period than the 14-day legal minimum provided by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
To exercise it, the Customer informs the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (email to contact@euphronstore.com, chat or contact form on the Website), or by using the withdrawal form in the appendix. The Customer then returns the product, unworn and in its original condition, no later than 14 days after communicating their decision, to the address provided by the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Seller refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision. The refund may be withheld until the product has been received back or until the Customer has supplied proof of having sent it. The refund is made using the same means of payment as used for the order. The Customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Practical details are set out in our Refund policy.
Article 9 – Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, the Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Legal guarantee of conformity. The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared. The guarantee entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience. The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if: 1° the seller refuses to repair or replace the goods; 2° repair or replacement takes place after thirty days; 3° repair or replacement causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer definitively bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or the installation costs of the repaired or replacement goods; 4° the lack of conformity persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to remedy it. The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination, without first requesting repair or replacement. The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor. Any period during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the goods are returned in working order. These rights result from Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
Guarantee against hidden defects. The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.
To invoke these guarantees, the Customer contacts the Seller at contact@euphronstore.com with the order number and photos of the defect. Any return costs are then borne by the Seller.
Article 10 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, the act of a third party unconnected with the supply of the services, or the act of the Customer, in particular an incorrect delivery address.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
The designs, patterns, texts, logos and visuals on the Website and on the products are the exclusive property of TédéWeb. Purchasing a product does not grant the Customer any right to reproduce or exploit these creations.
Article 12 – Personal data
The data collected when ordering is necessary for processing and delivering the order. Its use and the Customer's rights are described in our Privacy policy.
Article 13 – Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint: contact@euphronstore.com, the Website chat, the contact form or +33 7 71 84 52 33.
Article 14 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact the Seller to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent court. A consumer residing in another European Union member state also benefits from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
